The HEC Real Estate Chair sponsored by Unibail-Rodamco allows HEC to offer a Real Estate Certificate to students of all its full-time education programs: Grande Ecole, MSc and Specialized Master programs, and MBA, including students visiting HEC on exchange programs. The certificate is a key component of HEC strategy to offers his students a full portfolio of training opportunities in real estate development and investment.

• Introduction: A single class focused on the basics of real estate investments

• Certificate: A program of 100 hours of teaching organized around five classes, two of them more academic in nature (Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Economics) and the rest more applied (Transactions, Management & Development, and Advanced Topics in Real Estate Finance).

• Master of Science with our partner the Wisconsin School of Business: the Global Real Estate Master (GREM). Students who are pursuing the HEC MBA or HEC MS Finance qualify to finish their program with a semester at the Wisconsin School of Business. The GREM offers more than 200 hours of training in real estate development and investment. Students obtain two degree, the HEC MBA or MS and the GREM from Wisconsin.


Thanks to the partnership with Unibail-Rodamco, building on the strength of its students and alumni, and with the cooperation of the Wisconsin School of Business, HEC aims to take a position of leadership in real estate education in Europe.
