Frédéric Leroy is full affiliate professor in Strategic Management at HEC. He is graduate from Ecole Normale Supérieure and Paris Pantheon Sorbonne University where he studied philosophy and history. He received his Ph.D. in Strategy from HEC.
His research interests cover the areas of mergers and acquisitions focusing on M&A's strategy and implementation process, organizational learning processes and knowledge. He published several articles on these topics. He also works on the influence of new organizational forms on organizational identity. He published "The firm's strategies", Dunod
Prior to joining Hec Frédéric Leroy was on the faculty at Audencia Nantes Management School. He also worked as a consultant at Corporate Value Associates, Gemini Consulting and Mercer Management Consulting.
