An international career requires the knowledge of at least 2 foreign languages. At HEC Paris, the study of language and culture plays a role in both the Master of Science in Management and the MBA programmes.
Our objective is to prepare students for study and interships abroad. The department offers classes in 9 different languages. English and one other language is required for all students, but students are also encouraged to learn a third language.
To learn more about the individual programmes, please consult the different webpages: Chinese, English, German, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Spanish.
The Language Resource Center
The Language Resource Center (CRL) aids language learning and provides incentives for individual work. With the enlargement of Europe, the center has acquired self-learning materials for Northern and Eastern Europe languages.
The Center for English Studies and Resources
The Centre de Ressources et d'Études Anglophones (Center for English-language Resources and Studies) was created in 1999 to accommodate the rapidly growing linguistic, cultural, and professional needs for English language services at HEC Paris.
Today, the CREA stands as a concrete reminder of HEC's increasingly global outlook and the school's ambition to be a major player in the international educational arena.
In addition to housing the English studies program, the CREA provides numerous resources for the students, teachers and staff of the entire HEC group:
