Afshin Mehrpouya, Assistant Professor of Accounting and Management Control, investigates responsible investments, impact of environmental, social and governance (ESG) ratings, and transnational governance. An ESSEC Business School PhD graduate, he holds a medical degree from Tehran University and an MBA from York University (Schulich). He has several years of professional experience in ESG analysis of health sector, and has spoken at conferences organized by the World Health Organization and the United Nations. Afshin teaches management control and responsible investment courses.
