Jean-Michel GAUTIER is working on Consumer Behaviour, Surveys methodology, and analytical Customer Relationship Management.
He is teaching Statistics and Datamining, Consumer psychology and Consumer Behaviour, and analytical CRM at « HEC grande école » and « HEC Specialised Intelligence Marketing Master ».
His reseaches concern predictive modelling of Consumer Behaviour using big consumer dataBases, Marketing Datawarehouses and Customer knowledge, Surveys methodologies and Contribution to Customer analytics.
He contribute to 2 books, one on Information systems management, and one on Surveys methologies.
He has published in various revues and journals.
He has organised différent Congress, « XXVIIèmes (1995) et XXXVèmes (2003) Journées de Statistique de la Société Française De Statistique », and scientifics seminars.
He was during 12 ans treasurer and member of the board of « Société Française De Statistique » and « Revue de Statistique Appliquée »
He has created and manage the Specialised Master “Intelligence Marketing”.
He realised a lot of expert missions for big industrials and services Companies, about analytical CRM issues, and building of Customer Knowledge.
