Master in Public Policy & Management
HEC Paris and Freie Universität Berlin have signed a new double degree agreement, the "Master in Public Policy and Management". The event on 14th may 2009 was witnessed by Mr. Dieter Lenzen, President of FU Berlin and Mr. Bernard Ramanantsoa, Dean of HEC Paris, in the presence of S.E. Ambassador of France, Bernard de Montferrand.
This new program proposes an international and interdisciplinary approach at the interface between management and public policy. It includes both a research and professional dimension and prepares for carriers in large international corporations, consulting companies, government bodies, public agencies, and NGO.
The formation consists of two years’ study, the first at HEC Paris and the second at FU Berlin. Students have the possibility to undertake a year’s internship in France, Germany or a third country.
Commencing in September 2009, the program leads to the double degree of "Master of Sciences in Management" from HEC Paris (France), and the "Master of Arts in Public Policy and Management" from the Freie Universität Berlin (Germany).
