Biography

Oliver Gottschalg qualified in engineering from the University of Karlsruhe (Germany), and  also holds a PhD from INSEAD (France). Professor at HEC Paris since 2005 and Academic Dean of TRIUM Executive MBA, his research concentrates on leveraged buyouts, motivation & incentive systems, mergers & acquisitions and private equity. He also studies the effects of employee motivation on corporate performance. He also acts as adviser to leading investors in the private equity industry.
