Arnaud Van Waeyenberge
Arnaud Van Waeyenberge, PhD, teaches European Union Law, Global Law and legal reasoning in the “law and taxation department” at HEC Paris. He was previously attorney-at-law at the Brussels Bar (Clifford Chance LLP), legal clerk at the Court of Justice of the European Union and a researcher (FNRS) at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Perelman Centre for Legal Philosophy). Arnaud Van Waeyenberge's research largely focuses on European procedural Law, new forms of normativity and Global Law.
