Interlibrary loan

The interlibrary loan system allows a network of libraries to loan and borrow documents (copies and originals)

This service is available at no cost to students, PhD students, and professors at HEC Paris.

You are at HEC Paris

  • Contact Céline M'Charek by email or on 01 39 67 70 33 to make an interlibrary loan request
  • Requests should include your full name, department or course and the details of the requested item
  • As soon as the document is available, you will be contacted by email. The document will be available for collection at the library
  • The type of the loan (whether the book is available to take home or just to be consulted at the library) and its length depend on the conditions of loan at the original library
  • If you request an article, you will be able to keep the copies given to you

You are a member of another institution

  • Libraries interested in a document available in the HEC library catalog should address their ILL request to Celine M'Charek by email or on 01 39 67 70 33, specifying your details and giving full information about the requested document
  • Independent applications will not be accepted. External users must ask their library to request an interlibrary loan on their behalf
