HEC's Master in International Business (HEC MIB) is a 12-month full-time Master program taught entirely in English. It is designed to give participants the pertinent academic and practical knowledge in management for an international career. This program also benefits from close ties with the business community: Corporate partners help us shape the curriculum and are also very active in providing practical knowledge; they take part in courses, training seminars, consultancy projects and conferences organized on campus.
Based on the standards developed by MSc programs, the HEC MIB is positioned on the pre-experience segment. While professional experience is not required, we expect students to have a strong academic background in management. The HEC MIB becomes a natural choice for students who have a Bachelor in Business Administration, excellent track records and the potential to take on international management responsibilities.
Furthermore, our goal is to foster students' international exposure. To do so, we have therefore decided to offer our students two options when setting up their curriculum: they can either decide to spend the whole academic year on campus or benefit from the CEMS network and spend a semester at one of our partner institutions.
HEC also has a standing high reputation for the quality of its programs and the placement of its graduates. Moreover, the international recognition of the degree will help your future employer assess your ability.
