The HEC Paris / MGIMO Double Degree is designed for high-level applicants of all nationalities, with no or little professional experience, striving for a career in national, European and/or international organizations.

Entry Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any field.  Applicants may apply in the same year they obtain their degree
  • Excellent academic records from previous studies
  • Proficiency in English language (required level: IELTS 7.5, TOEFL: 100 or equivalent)
  • French and/or Russian language is welcome but not an admission criterion.

Applicants complete an online application on https://admissions.hec.fr/en by the deadline of the admission session.

  1.  Create your account
  2. Select the  following program: "GE/MPA - Master in Management & Public Affairs Grande Ecole", then select "GE/MPA - MGIMO Double Degree" or "GE/MPA - MGIMO candidates"
  3. Complete the 5 parts of the application and submit your application

*Applicants applying for the HEC Paris / MGIMO Double Degree from MGIMO are invited to apply in Round 4 only.

Supporting Documents to upload

  • Degree certificate(s) or current certificate of enrollment
  • Résumé with photo (CV)
  • All official up-to-date academic transcripts and official GPA
  • Proof of proficiency in English (TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS or Cambridge)
  • GMAT or GRE official test score report*
  • 2 online recommendations from professors
  • Passport-style photo
  • Application fee: €100*.

*Applicants holding a first degree from the double degree partner institution are exempted from GMAT/GRE and from the application fee.

Interviews

Pre-selected applicants are invited to a 25-30 minute interview with each institution. They are encouraged to discuss their unique background, motivation, interests, and goals.
