This course offers an in-depth analysis of the main corporate finance decisions taken in a for-profit organization: choice of investments, choice of financings. Conceptual frameworks and tools necessary to carry out those decisions will be presented, put in perspective and criticized if need be during the course and implemented during real case study discussions.
