LVMH, the world leader in luxury, and HEC Paris are committed to the development of a comprehensive training program aimed at shaping the talented minds of tomorrow who will go on to be experts in the luxury industry.
Created in 2015 under the sponsorship of LVMH, the “Excellence in Client Experience” Certificate has been designed with an operational approach to shape the talented minds who wish to pursue their career in the luxury industry. We focused on excellence in operations and attention to details, at the very essence of luxury, to allow our participants to be better equipped to jump start successful careers in this industry.
Luxury brands are everywhere, worldwide, and clients are increasingly used to evolving in a branded world of omnipresent appeals. In this context, the brand alone is no longer sufficient leverage in the quest of business performance. Luxury players are challenged to create new emotions, and design new experiences to bring their clients beyond mere product ownership. This challenge deeply impacts operations, retail and influences all facets of general management.
Client experience has turned into an art, and a key battleground, in which luxury brands have to excel to ensure a promising future. The Certificate program “Excellence in Client Experience” intends to establish the client experience and all related topics at the heart of general management issues.
The “Excellence in Client Experience” Certificate is an intensive program, which requires intense engagement and dedication from participants. Motivation and a genuine interest in the luxury industry are conditional to program participation. The benefits of the Certificate are proportionate to the quality of work and experience sharing by the participants.
The program includes 100 contact hours of interactive learning and is open to participants of a diversity of HEC Paris programs – Grande Ecole, Master of Science, Specialized Masters and MBA. This certificate offers a unique learning environment based on academic content, knowledge sharing with top-notch executives from LVMH and hands-on experience through exclusive field visits and business projects.
