Residing on the 340-acre HEC Paris campus allows you to take full advantage of campus life. Student residences are all centrally located within walking distance of classrooms, sports fields and the student cafeteria.
On-campus summer student housing includes single rooms. Rooms are guaranteed for all summer school students. All rooms are furnished and equipped including: bed, night table, desk, closet. A limited number of rooms with kitchenettes are allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
Residence check-in occurs the first Monday of your program start. Summer students can vacate rooms the Friday evening after the program close or the next Saturday morning. If you stay on campus for more than one more intake, you are guaranteed a room during the weekend between intakes.

Full payment should be made 2 weeks after receiving an offer of admissions. Payment occurs online by credit card. In the case of a late application, a shorter time period for confirmation may apply.
Program fees include:
- full tuition
- on-campus accommodation
- student card
- weekend bus transportation during the program from campus to downtown Paris.**
Program fees do not include:
- travel to and from HEC Paris for program start and close
- non-refundable €30 application fee per intake
- personal insurance (required for attendance)
- personal expenses
- anything not listed as included.
Several dining options are available. You will have the opportunity to purchase individual meals at the campus restaurant, shop at the neighboring supermarkets or dine in local restaurants or pizzerias in the town of Jouy-en-Josas.

**Weekend buses round-trip between campus and Paris are provided for students on the first weekend of each intake. Bus times will be communicated upon arrival. Note that there is no public transportation to campus on Sundays.
A limited number of merit-based scholarships in the amount of 250 € to 500€ will be made available for the Class of 2018.
