Accommodation

Residing on the 340-acre HEC Paris campus allows you to take full advantage of campus life. Student residences are all located within walking distance of classrooms, sports fields and the student cafeteria.

On-campus summer student housing includes single rooms. Rooms are guaranteed for all summer school students. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with a kitchenette, bed, night table, desk and closet.

Residence check-in occurs the first Monday of the start of your program. Summer students can vacate rooms the Friday evening after the program ends, or the next Saturday morning. If you stay on campus for more than one consecutive intake, you are guaranteed a room during the weekend between intakes.

2019 Summer School Program Fees include tuition as well as on-campus accommodation.*

Full payment is requested 2 weeks after receiving an admissions offer. Payment occurs online by credit card. In the case of a late application, a shorter time period for confirmation may apply.

Program fees do not include:

  • Travel to and from HEC Paris
  • Non-refundable €50 application fee per intake
  • Personal insurance (required for attendance)
  • Food
  • Personal expenses
  • Anything not listed as included.

Several dining options are available. You will have the opportunity to purchase individual meals at the campus restaurant, shop at the neighboring supermarkets or dine in local restaurants or pizzerias in the town of Jouy-en-Josas.

Scholarships

A limited number of merit-based scholarships in the amount of 250 € will be made available.
