Challenges and opportunities in Islamic Finance, an "HEC Monde arabe" conference

The student association, "HEC Monde arabe" has organized a conference on the theme of 'Challenges and opportunities in Islamic Finance'.

  • Islamic Finance - Conference HEC Paris 2014

Islamic Finance is, today, one of the most promising opportunities in the business world, not only for companies, but also for professionals. The great potential that it offers seems to generate more and more enthusiasm, including in non-muslim countries. As a matter of fact, Britain is set to become the first non-Muslim country to sell a bond that can be bought by Islamic investors in a bid to encourage massive new investment into the City.
Therefore, and in order to give some perspective on this subject, HEC Monde Arabe is glad to invite to its conference "Islamic Finance: Challenges, Opportunities and Prospects". In the presence of prestigious guest speakers, our association hopes to give you not just a mere overview of Islamic finance but rather a deeper comprehension of the stakes and challenges of such a phenomenon.

    Guests :

    - Olivier Fille-Lambie and Xénia Legendre, both Partners of the Hogan Lovells Paris Office.
    - Majdi Chaabouni, CEO and Founder of Amanah Consulting

    This is an open conference.
