Fintech Talent Fair

  • The Fintech Talent Fair at HEC will gather Europe's most promising Fintech startups, alternative finance companies and venture capital funds connecting with HEC Paris' top entrepreneurial, finance- and tech-minded talent.
    At the introductory conference you will hear from experts from Paypal, Pret d'Union, Partech, France Fintech and Crédit Mutuel Arkéa: How are fintech startups disrupting traditional finance? What are the trends in the industry? What are the opportunities for HEC graduates to join the sector?
    Following that, HEC students across all programs will attend speed networking workshops to discover more about talent opportunities in the booming fintech industry. We will wrap up the day with a celebratory cocktail.

Alliances for Cities in Transition

HEC Paris' Society & Organizations (SnO) Center and HEC Alumni are pleased to announce the theme for their annual conference:
Alliances for Cities in Transition.

  • Cities are faced with an urgent, massive and wicked  challenge: achieve carbon neutrality while ensuring the inclusion and empowerment of all their citizens. To wicked challenges, complex solutions: transitioning to new city models will not be achieved without the persistent and convergent mobilization of all actors: citizens and the civil society, public, private, investors, researchers...

    HEC Paris sheds light on multi-actor initiatives that aim to build the sustainable, inclusive and resilient cities of tomorrow.
    Join us on October 19th to exchange on the following topics:

    • What is our shared vision for future cities?
    • How to catalyze multi-stakeholder collaboration for impact? Which engagement and governance models?
    • Which business models and funding tools will do transition ?
    • … And what about HEC Paris’ territorial footprint?

It encompasses research facilities, universities, French higher education institutions (grandes écoles as Polytechnique "X" or ENSAE statistics school) and also research centers of private companies wih the objective to catalyze public-private collaborations and researchers-entrepreneurs initiatives.
