19 February 2016

In an interview at the 2016 Netexplo Forum, Dean Peter Todd shares his thoughts on how digital is disrupting education and speaks about the exciting opportunities as well as the challenges afforded to business schools like HEC Paris by the digital transformation. He also addressed the fact that people today want to be more active in their learning, stating: "Our ability to create a more dynamic learning environment & interactions with teaching is key". However, Dean Todd underlined that digital technologies do not imply the end of traditional education, nor the end of the business schools' business model. "Management is a people business and there is still going to be a long and strong role for face-to-face education. Part of our challenge is to figure out how to blend the technology with what we do."
