From 3 to 5 November, for the third consecutive year, the city of Doha, Qatar hosted the Doha Goals Forum. A delegation of three Grande Ecole and MBA students represented HEC Paris at this event, which brought together world's most prestigious athletes and leaders to create initiatives for global progress through sport.

A program of 53 innovation and collaboration sessions allowed the development of a number of dynamic reflections on sport.

This year, the Forum hosted 1,800 participants from 124 countries, of which 340 media representatives, 140 stakeholders and 400 students from 42 schools and universities worldwide. The event was also followed by internet users from 191 countries.

Among the students present were three from HEC Paris: Mélodie Lamarque, Raphaël Blot (both Grande Ecole  students), and Axel Tascyan (MBA).

Thanks to the Aspire Zone Academy and to His Excellency Sheikh Faisal al-Thani, the forum raised a number of sport’s current debates, including the role of women in sport, racial integration, physical and mental health, or sport in its role as catalyst against discrimination of all sorts—racial, religious, or of physical appearance.
