Workshop on Academic Entrepreneurship at HEC Paris, September 10-11

The Workshop on Academic Entrepreneurship consists of presentations by leading social scientists on the economic role of academic entrepreneurship.

The workshop is organized around ten invited speakers and discussants and ends with a roundtable policy discussion.

There are, for example, papers presented on collaboration between academics and industry, motives for commercialization activities by scientists, and the role of government policy in stimulating the commercialization of university research.

Policy analysts, policy makers as well as practicians are also invited.
