HEC Paris Appoints New Associate Dean for Executive Education - Marina Kundu - HEC Paris

For the first time in its history, HEC Paris has appointed a woman as head of Executive Education. Elected by the faculty, Marina Kundu takes over from Bertrand Moingeon who was in charge of HEC Executive Education for 16 years.

Ranked #1 worldwide by the Financial Times in 2013, HEC Paris Executive Education offers individuals and companies the opportunity to learn and develop through a wide range of degree, certificate, open-enrolment, and custom programs.

"At HEC Executive Education, our challenge over the next few years will be to develop our portfolio of programs in different regions around the world. By giving our participants - a richly diverse group of senior managers, entrepreneurs, and business executives - the courage, skills, and knowledge they need to change and to effect change, our hope is to help shape the future of business and society in a positive and sustainable way," says Marina Kundu.

Marina Kundu is half Italian, half Indian. She gained a Master of Arts from Yale University in the United States, and after teaching at the University of Chatham in Pittsburgh, Marina Kundu became Dean of Undergraduate Studies, Director of the Master of Public Affairs, and Deputy Director of International Affairs at Sciences Po. In September 2008 she joined HEC as Director of the full portfolio of Degree and Certificate Programs at HEC Executive Education.
