Individual Study Program

The Individual Study Program (ISP) operates in parallel with the HEC PhD Program, for periods of study of one year, and is designed as a made-to-measure cursus.

The one-year ISP is aimed at three different target groups:

1. Foreign doctoral students who wish to take part in research seminars.
2. Doctoral students that would like to work with a permanent professor from HEC who is an expert on the student’s research project.
3. Teachers who wish to become more familiar with research and methods in their fields.

The tailor-made study program is designed in collaboration with the program administrators and teachers, and comprises lectures and seminars from the PhD Program as well as lectures given at the Grande Ecole MSc in Management program.

Students receive individual tuition, arranged in agreement with the program administrators and the professor in charge of the relevant specialization field.

The rigorous admission procedure involves an application form and a recommendation from a permanent professor at HEC.

Application forms

Application fees are 50 €.

Tuition fees are 5 500 €.

An ISP Certificate issued by the HEC School of Management is awarded to participants who have succeeded in meeting the course requirements.
