Through their contacts, professors can help students organize study periods in foreign universities. These exchanges represent a great opportunity for students to enrich their thesis and nourish their international contacts.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCES

During the thesis preparation period, doctoral students are encouraged to present their work at international conferences. This enables them to meet professors from their specialist field and to attend international seminars.

INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATIONS

The HEC PhD Program is an active member of EIASM (the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management) and the EDAMBA (European Doctoral Association in Management and Business Administration).

• EIASM: the purpose of this institution is to promote the training and development of management professors-researchers in Europe. It fulfils its mission by designing advanced research programs and setting up international workshops.

• EDAMBA is an association of European doctoral programs. It makes it easier to compare Europe’s doctoral training programs and helps doctoral and post-doctoral students to undertake education abroad programs in one of the network’s universities (currently there are more than 30). It also organizes a summer school and awards a dissertation prize.
