Céline Flipo is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Organization and Human Resources at HEC Paris. Her research interests focus on creativity and its determinants in cultural industries. She also teaches management core courses for MSc in Management students. Before coming to HEC, she has been working in the luxury industry, both in the HR and marketing functions. She holds a MSc in Management from ESSEC Business School.
