Energy Transition, the German Energiewende - by Craig Morris & Martin Pehnt

E.Simon, 1 October 2014

[AMO Publication] Germany has set itself ambitious goals regarding the transition from nuclear energy and fossil fuels to renewables. The report explains why and how the country is taking on this project and which challenges it will face in the future. The authors also highlight its effects on the German economy, society and environment. In the light of sometimes misleading media coverage on the issue, the report aims to provide international readers with facts that help them gain a good understanding of the German Energiewende.
