Hunger Zero, ending with hunger in the world - by Bruno Parmentier

H.Loustau, 1 September 2014

[AMO publication] Bruno Parmentier describes in his book the state of hunger in the world, its stakes and its possible solutions. From a holistic perspective, the author sets out the issues to feed humanity at the beginning of the 21st century. While overcrowding and global warming are real issues, hunger is in fact a human creation, as will be its eradication.

Hélène Loustau is part of the Alternative Management third year specialization program, at HEC Paris.
