Awards: The Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2013

The Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award is organized by the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship and the Boston Consulting Group. It recognizes a new generation of business leaders engaged in sustainable and innovative projects with high social impact.

Since 2009, HEC Paris has been the award ceremony’s academic partner via the Social Business/Enterprise and Poverty Chair. Associate Marketing Professor and Chair holder Frédéric Dalsace is among the jury, composed of leading figures in the economic and social business world.

4 finalists among whom the winner is Charles-Edouard Vincent, affiliate professor of HEC Paris, professor in the HEC Social Business/Enterprise and Poverty Certificate and head of Emmaüs Défi: Elisabeth Dargent, Main ForteJean-Louis Kiehl, CresusDidier Roche, Ethik Investment
