New Postdoctoral Program at UCLA! Application deadline: October 31, 2015
UCLA is looking for postdoctoral researchers for the year 2016-2017 to conduct social science research at the Center for Corporate Environmental Performance (CCEP)http://www.ioe.ucla.edu/ccep/ in the Institute of the Environment and Sustainability (IoES). CCEP projects focus on areas such as energy efficiency, corporate social responsibility and corporate performance, greening supply chains, and Eco-Labeling.
The candidate will work with Professor Magali Delmas and other professors at the UCLA IoES and the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Relevant disciplines are economics, business strategy, organizational behavior, and operations management, but others can be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with strong quantitative analytical skills.

The postdoctoral program is administered through the NatureNet Science Fellows program in collaboration with the Nature Conservancy. Postdoctoral researchers at UCLA will develop social science research in the area of corporate sustainability and climate change.
We will process all the applications through the NatureNet Science Fellows Program, which offers additional benefits to postdoctoral researchers such as training in science communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration. If you are interested, please follow the Nature Conservancy guidelines and state that you are interested in working at the Center for Corporate Environmental Performance at UCLA.

Please submit the following materials:
- Cover letter and research proposal (2 pages) . Applicants should describe experience and suitability for the program through a brief research proposal. Unlike a standard cover letter, this proposal should highlight a research question of interest, the research approach and methods, the scientific significance, and significance to The Nature Conservancy and action-oriented research. The proposal should illustrate the strengths of the applicant's experience towards developing and implementing this research.

- Letters of recommendation . Arrange to have three letters of reference submitted toNatureNetScience@tnc.org with only your name in the subject line.
Accepted candidates will be notified by January 31, 2016. Funds are available for fellows to start on approximately July 1, 2016.
