Healthy bowls grow on HEC Paris campus..

After the very successful experience of Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux who tested their Italian Big Mamma catering concept on the HEC Paris campus in 2014, it is now Fadel Bennani (H19) and Othman Ayouche (H19)'s turn to propose their new Kabo bowls concept to students and staff at the Jouy-en-Josas campus.

Fadel Bennani

Fadel and Othman aim to create a new food-chain for lunch, specialized in customizable healthy bowls. Starting April 1st, they will offer a large selection of products from local agriculture in the cafétéria of the S building.

Both born in Casablanca, in Marrocco and best friends for 10 years, Fadel & Othman always knew that they were going to start a company together. The Seed Project, in 2017, was their first great experience together, around agriculture. But it was definitely at HEC that they began to build Kabo, their new project made in HEC, which for they have great ambitions:

Othman Ayouche

« This 7-week experience on the campus is very close to our hearts. First because it is for us the opportunity to begin ou test & learn approach before our next openings in Paris in 2019. But also because the HEC community is very close to our hearts. We want to create value on the campus, both for the HEC collaborators and students, by proposing a new offer, young and qualitative.
We are extremely thankful to the school Administration, which gave us this amazing opportunity, and we will do everything we can to fulfil this trust ! »
