Founded in 1881, HEC Paris has been training high potential managers and accompanying the skills development of business leaders for over 125 years. HEC is one of the world’s top international business schools, attracting 3,000 students and 8,500 senior managers from 80 nationalities.

The HEC Europe Institute was launched in 2004 under the leadership of former French Minister for European Affairs Noëlle Lenoir and Deputy Dean of HEC Paris Bertrand Moingeon to become a centre for excellence in European affairs.

With the enlargement of the European Union, Europe has entered a period of both expansion and integration, with unprecedented promises and challenges for European citizens and businesses alike.

As a place for training, dialogue and collaborative research for policy makers, business leaders and academic experts from different countries, the HEC Europe Institute focuses on the analysis of the socio-economic, political and business issues of the 21st century.
