As Chair of the HEC Europe Institute, former Minister for EU Affairs Noëlle Lenoir addressed the participants of the HEC European Executive Campus on February 20th, 2006 in Brussels. Her address analysed the following issue: “Does Europe have the means for its ambitions?”
