Rodolphe Durand, Professor of Strategy at HEC Paris, Academic director of the MSc in Strategic Management, is the co-author with Jean-Philippe Vergne (HEC PhD) of the book The Pirate Organization: Lessons from the Fringes of Capitalism", published at Harvard Business Press Books (first published in French : L'Organisation Pirate: Essai sur l'évolution du capitalisme).
