The 'Grande Ecole' program at HEC Paris has added 3 Double Degrees to its specializations offer: at the prestigious Georgetown University, MGIMO University, and NUS Business School.
2 new international Double Degrees in Public Affairs with the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University and MGIMO University
Students in the first year of their Master's at the Grande Ecole and wishing to discover a new area of study will now have the further opportunity to continue their second year at one of these two renowned universities, studying international degrees in Public Affairs.* By opting for one of these double degrees, they can benefit from the teaching expertise and research undertaken at these institutions.
The degree issued by HEC Paris to students who have studied one of these specializations is the Grande Ecole degree/Master's in Management & Public Affairs (MPA).
- The McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University trains the new public-sector experts and decision-makers of tomorrow. Founded in 2013 in the oldest building on the prestigious Georgetown campus (previously Georgetown Public Policy Institute), the McCourt School features in the ranking of the best management of public policy institutions, according to the U.S. News & World Report.
The double degree offered in partnership with the McCourt School of Public Policy provides a cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary study program, allowing students to learn skills in several key areas of public policy analysis, management, political analysis, and microeconomics.
- MGIMO (Moscow State University of International Relations) is today identified by many as the best Russian university for Arts and Social Sciences. It has an extremely international outlook, with 170 academic partners.
For this double degree, MGIMO and HEC Paris have doubled their efforts to offer a unique and innovative program with a particular focus on the interaction between management and international relations issues.
The objective of this double degree is to train professionals who have all the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed professionally in the public affairs domain.

Founded 45 years ago, the NUS Business School in the heart of NUS University is among the leading Business Schools in the Asia Pacific zone. NUS University stands in 2nd place in the Times Higher Education Asia University Rankings 2014.
It is also part of the CEMS network (The Global Alliance in Management Education).
In completing an MSc in Management at the NUS Business School, HEC Paris students will take 2 semesters over 12 months, allowing them to acquire an in-depth understanding of the specifics of the region and then go on to a career in Management in Singapore or in Asia.
