Who can access the library's resources?

The HEC library is also open to HEC alumni, researchers, students from other universities / schools, job seekers, and companies. Fees are different according to external user status and can be paid for a day or a year. Applications can be fill in from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 7:00 pm, and on Saturday between 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.

What is included in the library's subscription?

- Use of databases is only possible on-campus.
- Library's catalogue consultation on and off campus (off-campus access does not include full text version of documents).
- Document loans (see loan rules for more information). Attention: only visitors who are enrolled for a year can borrow books.

 Fees
Payment is accepted by cheque or cash (please have exact change). Payment of deposit is only made by cheque.

Documents to provide

The following documents should be included with your application:
        - ID
        - Student card valid for the current year (if necessary)
        - Business card (if necessary)
        - A deposit cheque (if necessary)

   Loan rules for external users
Only users enrolled for one year can borrow books (5 books maximum). The length of the loan depends on the document type:
       - Management book: 1 week
       - Course handbooks: excluded
       - Market studies: excluded
       - General culture book: 15 days
       - CD-ROM - DVD: excluded
