HEC-Start-Up institute’s objective is to train entrepreneurs and project managers in the fundamental knowledge of entrepreneurship.
The HEC-Start-Up institute has two missions :
-
To shape and accompany entrepreneurs in all the stages of development of their project: start, set up, launch, growth and development. This has been the premier vocation of the institute for 25 years.
-
To be at the forefront of expertise at the HEC School of Management on the subject of the creation and development of innovating businesses. The institute works in tight collaboration with the other programs: the Master of Science in Management (shared seminars with the Polytechnic School), the MBA, the HEC Executive MBA, etc.
There are two existing cycles of training:
“Challenge + ”
training/action cycle created in 1990, a forerunner in the subject. It is intended for the early-stage companies working on innovating projects with strong potential and growth.
Challenge + lasts for 26 days spread out over one year, in periods of three or four days per month.
This process not only optimises the understanding of pedagogical contributions by the participants but also allows the Institute to follow the evolution of the projects throughout the whole period of growth .
Challenge + offers:
Access to the top class Faculty of HEC specialized in all aspects of management
Personal monitoring of participants throughout the whole duration of the cycle.
A triple operating network: the associated partners and institutions, the Challenge+ and the HEC School of Management alumni networks.
A brand that opens doors.
P3Mil, training for entrepreneurs housed in the network of “Pépinieres d’Ile de France”. This cycle of training/action (10 days + coaching), is intended for all types of entrepreneurs.
