Exceptionally, HEC Paris may consider applications by M1 holders with no work experience, but whose exceptional background and professional project make them a worthwhile candidate in the eyes of the jury.

Admission procedures are in two steps: admissibility and then admission.
Admissibility
This is the first step in the selection process, and provides the jury with a first impression of the candidate’s suitability, by examining the candidate’s application file and results achieved during management ability tests (TAGE-MAGE taken after 01/12/07 or GMAT within the previous 3 years) and English tests (TOEFL or TOEIC within the previous 2 years).
Admission
Admissible candidates are called in for a selection interview with a committee made up of professors and corporate managers. This is aimed at acquiring a more solid understanding of the candidates, their professional project, their goals and the consistency of their choices with the chosen Specialized Master.
The admission decision is announced by the jury at the end of each session.
