Graduates from the MIB program work in a wide variety of sectors and functions in France or abroad. The placement possibilities are excellent as 70% got their job before graduation, 27% was employed within 3 months after graduation and 3 % after 5 months.

The average salary after Graduation is € 44,158 ($ 68,657 *) in France and € 50,400 ($ 78,358 *) outside France.

Career service at HEC

The mission of the HEC Career Development Office is to facilitate the professional integration of all students of the HEC School of Management. Any participant studying at HEC is welcome to use HEC's career services at any time during the academic year. An overview of the available resources:

The HEC School of Management has an ongoing policy of active partnership with companies.
It can take many forms, from simple educational cooperation to major involvement within the HEC corporate world.

Alumni association

Founded in 1883, the HEC Alumni Association is one of the largest alumni associations in France with over 42,000 members worldwide. It provides a platform for the exchange of experiences, ideas and information, facilitates entry into the professional world and accompanies career advancement.

There are 63 groups outside France whose aim is to:
  • Host HEC members residing in that particular country
  • Maintain an active HEC network
  • Ensure HEC's international renown
  • Help HEC graduates & alumni find work.

The largest chapters are Paris, New York, London, Shanghai and Hong-Kong.
