
The
Marketing Department is active in all areas of teaching and research
within the HEC School of Management and contributes substantially
to its internationalization.
Teaching-wise,
the department is involved in every program (HEC, ISA, HEC Masters,
HEC Management, the Doctoral Program) and covers every aspect
of its subject domain. Its fourteen permanent professors offer
core marketing courses as well as a large number of more specialized
courses in their fields of expertise, in French and English.
They create and use innovative, high performance teaching aids,
for instance in the area of multimedia.
The
department carries out research both in France and internationally,
leading to important, high profile publications. The professors
of the department also have published a host of books in different
languages, some of which have gone on to be real European bestsellers
in the field. Academically, their work is published in the top
international journals.
Thanks
to its numerous relations with universities and business schools
the world over and the organization of a number of high-profile
academic conferences, the marketing department has contributed
to the internationalization of the Group for many years.
