Jacques Olivier, Professor of Finance and Program Director of the MS International Finance HEC (http://www.hec.edu/masteres/programmes/finance/).
Jacques Olivier received his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996. He has taught finance and economics at HEC Paris ever since, apart from a two years period where he was affiliated with the National University of Singapore. His research interests are in the fields of capital markets, growth theory and international trade. Some of his most recent research work deal with stock market crashes and insider trading (in collaboration with Jose Marin), mutual fund managers' incentives (in collaboration with Anthony Tay) and culture and international trade (in collaboration with Mathias Thoenig and Thierry Verdier). |
