03 July 2009 HEC Paris and the Graduate School of Management of St Petersburg State University unveils new double Master Degree
Valery Katkalo, Dean of the Graduate School of Management (GSOM) of St Petersburg State University and Bernard Ramanantsoa, Dean of HEC Paris announce the launch of a Double Degree Master of Management and International Business. The agreement is signed officially on July 3rd in Paris at the Commercial Representation of the Federation of Russia, under the high patronage of H.E. Ambassador Alexander Orlov.
