Candidature

There is no disputing the importance of law to the business world. Whether in daily management tasks or making strategic choices, there is a legal dimension to all business decisions. Legal considerations, considered up until now as a constraint and often assimilated with sanctions, have become an integral part of managing a company.

This change in the conduct of business also requires adapted training of legal professionals, who can no longer afford to ignore business considerations (financial policy, accountancy/auditing, etc.). At the same time, the internationalization of business means that it is vital that these persons are aware of the mechanisms that drive foreign legal systems. The combination of these two factors – management and the internationalization of law – is at the heart of the curriculum delivered by the HEC - ESCP/EAP

Specialized Masters in Law and international management. Designed in close collaboration with legal and management professionals, the program is aimed at students who wish to develop expertise in corporate legalities as well as anyone who wants to forge a career as a business lawyer.
The Specialized Masters in Law and International Management program benefits from an active partnership with the Paris Bar Association. The methodology applied in its different teaching modules is mainly based on the analysis of concrete case studies, supplemented by prior theoretical preparation.
