Program overview
Adopt a new approach to accompany sustainable change within an organization.
This program allows participants to acquire the key tools and protocols of organizational coaching in order to provide impactful professional support, while also challenging their different coaching practices in a progressive and pedagogical way. It also enables participants to coach organizations to find their own sustainable resources and solutions to the challenges they face.

Consultants, Transformation Directors, HR managers and executives, as well as individual or team coaches already certified by a coaching school

Learning methods
Scheduling the teaching cycle over a period of several months is conducive to in-depth learning and gradual skills development, particularly by applying the lessons learned in an organizational context. The constant presence of the coordinating facilitator means that participants benefit from real-time adjustment and adaptation of the program content and the lecturers. Between each session, participants join a team of coaches to carry out a coaching assignment in a company, public institution or association. Each team will be coached and supervised by the program facilitators.
