In the majority of African countries, entrepreneurship is increasingly seen as a key driver of economic growth and an important lever for innovation.
The aim of this blended program is to help leaders develop modern, sustainable and value-creating African leadership, and by working on concrete business cases, enable them to think differently and create new business models that take into account the specific nature of the continent
Each session focuses on practical application, role-play exercises and case studies conducted in small groups, which encourage participants to share their own experiences. Throughout the program, participants remain in contact with their teachers via a dedicated extranet site, enabling them to prepare effectively for each module, and facilitating remote supervision and personalized tutoring.
The unique face-to-face and online format of this program is adapted to current travel limitations, and will feature new digital teaching tools to ensure a high level of interaction for participants. Modules 1 to 3 will be taught online by renowned professors based in Paris; the participants being based in the HEC Paris premises in Abidjan.
The courses will be run locally, and regional experts will provide testimonials on business issues, while allowing participants to exchange and develop their professional networks. Module 4 will be a residential session, with professors on site who will provide personalized and individualized support.
