Establishing an alliance with Ericksonian communication; incorporating Gestalt principles into coaching

Learning methods
Our pedagogy is primarily experiential, starting from the participants' lived experiences in the present moment (practical exercises carried out in sub-groups or in an 'aquarium' format). We also harness the power of collective intelligence and group dynamics within the cohort or mutual support groups to foster learning, solidarity, and awareness. Concepts are introduced through co-facilitation, allowing for a gradual development of individual projects, personalized guidance, and a two-step certification process.
