PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Supply chain management is the ideal lever for linking strategic ambitions with operational excellence objectives, and for steering any activity. Through its internal and external cross-functional dimension, it aligns players around common value creation objectives. The Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, also known as Integrated Business Planning (IBP), makes it possible to manage any business entity in a collaborative approach with a dual financial and operational dimension.

Objectives

 

Understand the components of a supply chain model and the role of S&OP in executing this model


Understanding the link between business value creation and the S&OP process


Design an S&OP process including demand, production and purchasing planning


Develop the appropriate behaviors of key players (general management, sales, finance, production, marketing and purchasing) to execute this process.


Managing the entire supply chain process

The program is offered in a 2-day format.


Supply chain (SC) models: Introduction of the SC model and its drivers; Design of SC models in line with the company's strategic positioning; Focus on the choice of SCM solutions; Notions of agile, resilient and inclusive SC models.

The impact of omni-channel on supply chain models and a deepening of SCM model segmentation

S&OP / IBP process: The benefits of the S&OP process; The 8 principles of S&OP; The key stages of S&OP; Suggestions for simplification according to business context and company size.
