Program overview
The aim of this programme is to develop the skills of senior practitioners of coaching in companies. It will enable participants to enhance their expertise, as well as assessing and perfecting their current practices.

The program is aimed at:
Senior managers, high-potential managers, Human Resources Directors, consultants, trainers, mediators and coaches who have qualified from a school of coaching.

Learning methods
The program integrates the current evolutions of companies, in particular their internationalization and the growing diversity of their teams. Each module features a one-day master class in coaching with an expert. Between each session, participants must carry out a voluntary individual coaching assignment within an organization. The academic program team will supervise each participant.
Programme
Composed of 7 modules (3-4 days each), the programme takes into account the current evolution of companies, particularly their internationalization, as well as the growing diversity of their human components. In each module, a day of Master class in coaching allows the expert to use his professionalism in a privileged relationship with each participant.
Between each session, the participants must conduct a volunteer coaching session with an organization. Each participant will be supervised by the educational team.

To deepen the mastering of inter-individual relations from complementary angles, in order to reconcile the search for efficiency and serenity, creativity and endurance.
Coaching a person means guiding him or her on a path of development and therefore of transformation.
The main difference between two coaches is their quality of Being and presence.
