Innovate and boost creativity within your company

Digital entrepreneurship is a key strategic challenge for companies today.

This program therefore aims to help participants create and develop an innovation project within the hyper-competitive digital start-up sector, from defining the initial concept and idea to the proof of concept (POC). The learning methods focus on the learning by doing and the design thinking approaches.

  • Understand the different methods of creation and apply them in the development of a digital project
  • Stimulate the digital creativity of employees and their ability to learn and work as a team on a digital project

Program Content

Consists of 4 modules

Module 1 : Digital Pool - the digital fast track

Insights into current and future changes, with the aim of creating a "lost in digital transition" effect, in order acquire a better understanding of methods and best practices.

Module 2 : Digital Toolbox - theoretical courses and case studies

Presentation of the main digital concepts to highlight the key learning points for successfully implementing a project.

Module 3 : Digital Workshop - multi-disciplinary teamwork

Master design, UX and IT development via real-life digital team projects.

Module 4 : Digital Ecosystem - gain experience of business incubators/accelerators

Meet start-up companies and visit business incubators.
