Entreprises Familiales : Gouvernance et Management
Entreprises Familiales : Gouvernance et Management
Program overview
In times of crisis, family-run businesses demonstrate greater resilience than other organizations and achieve better results. This success can be attributed to a combination of dynamic entrepreneurship and prudence in asset management. Family companies face their own specific challenges, particularly in terms of management and governance, which rely heavily on the different generations sharing common core values. Millennials are currently right at the heart of this issue. Our goal is to equip participants with the best available tools, and enable them to see these crucial challenges from a new angle. Shared governance between the family and the executive committee plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth transition of power from one generation to the next.
