Learn the fundamentals of corporate finance with this online program

Mastering financial issues now plays a key role in many professions. This online training program, run by HEC Paris and FIRST FINANCE Institute, aims to help you acquire the fundamentals of finance and learn at your own pace. The learning approach takes its inspiration from MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) and is designed to meet the needs of a wide range of executives who are concerned by the financial decisions of their companies, from both an internal and external perspective.

The program will enable you to:

  • Acquire the key fundamentals of corporate finance via an online program
  • Study at your own pace, wherever you are based

Three themes of seven weeks followed by a final exam

Theme 1 : Financial Analysis

Analyze and interpret the corporate finance documents needed to carry out a precise audit of the financial situation of your company.

Theme 2 : Company valuation

Understand and compare auditing methods to rebuild company value.

Theme 3 : Investment and financing choices

Master the decision-making tools for investment and financing to make financial policy recommendations.

Final Exam

On site, in a Pearson Vue center in France or abroad.
