A WORD FROM THE ACADEMIC DIRECTOR

 

Learning methods

Each session focuses on practical application, role-play exercises and case studies conducted in small groups, which encourage participants to share their own experiences. Throughout the program, participants remain in contact with their teachers via a dedicated extranet site, enabling them to prepare effectively for each module, and facilitating remote supervision and personalized tutoring.

Program content

The unique face-to-face and online format of this program is adapted to current travel limitations, and will feature new digital teaching tools to ensure a high level of interaction for participants. Modules 1 to 3 will be taught online by renowned professors based in Paris; the participants being based in the HEC Paris premises in Abidjan.

The courses will be run locally, and regional experts will provide testimonials on business issues, while allowing participants to exchange and develop their professional networks. Module 4 will be a residential session, with professors on site who will provide personalized and individualized support.
